Forestry Commission Scotland's Ae Line Trail at 7Stanes
The recent Financial Services Act is providing major problems for associations such as IMBA-UK, as it requires all providers of insurance to be qualified and accredited - and we are neither.
As a result we have had to suspend our offer of trailbuilding insurance both to new affiliates and for renewals.
We are discussing options with the CCPR insurance advisers, and hope to resolve this difficulty.
